Description of activity undertaken (please be as specific as possible)
Skill used; I presented a power point presentation demonstrating knowledge of different communication techniques. I have found images to use in my work and I have researched information to also put into my work. Training I created a training plan and I followed it to improve my skills in aspects of IT Communications: I have used a website called posterous to share my work with teachers. I chose to use this website because it was easy to post my work and easy for teachers to view and comment on it. I have also used Gmail to show my teachers work this again is effective because it was fast and easy and easy for them to reply to therefore I received feedback a lot quicker.

The candidate has used electronic communication via email and blogging throughout the term. Various reports and tasks have been completed using written communication, and have shown awareness of audience and purpose. The tasks have involved writing in a range of styles according to the purpose of the documents. The candidate has taken part in group discussions and has given a short presentation to a chosen audience.
